History of Concern "Souzenergo"
Concern "SouzEnergo" was founded on March, 18, 2002. And became the leading organ of industrial manufactures and institute of armature industry. Sergey Anatolievich Karpenko and Vitaly Nikolaevich Priymak are the founders of the company. Creation of Concern "SouzEnergo" was preceded appearance of enterprise Trade House "Souzproduct", productive activity of which was concentrated on sales and supplying with a pipeline armature. The constantly growing volumes of sales assisted success of enterprise and it’s fixing at the market of armature. It allowed passing to the high-quality level of management and creating more large structure of management. The new aim was set - to produce and realize own products.
From 2001 to 2002 two large productive units were purchased: PJSC "Pridneprovskiy repair-mechanical plant" (Dnepropetrovsk) and PJSC "Ukrchimenergo" (Severodonetsk). Today PJSC “PRMP” is a leading producer of equipment and awaiting-parts for enterprises, working in the field of thermal and atomic energy, metallurgy, cement and chemical industry. In turn, PJSC "UCHE" is specialized on the production of pipeline armature, making and editing of heat and power equipment. A high-quality pipeline armature and wide choice of power equipment are the keys and essential points of conduct of successful business.
In 2007 the guidance of Concern "Souzenergo" opens the first official representative office in Moscow, Russian Federation. LTD "SouzEnergo-Msk" successfully carries out realization of products on territory of Russia and countries the CIS.
The next step of expansion and diversification of the business was building a plant LTD "Utility" on recycling the waste glass in Novomoskovsk, in 2008.The activity of the plant is unique on territory of the CIS countries.
Quality Management system of Concern "Souzenergo", and the plants included in its composition - PJSC "PRMP" and PJSC "UCHE" - certificated to the international and national standards of ISO 9001: 2008 (DSTU ISO 9001:2009).
Concern «Souzenergo " is one of leaders in production and realization of pipeline armature in Ukraine. The largest enterprises of metallurgical complex of Ukraine co-operate with us.
Concern has a successful and fruitful experience of supplying power equipment in countries of the CIS (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldavia), Georgia, in the countries of Southern Asia (Pakistan, India), South-Eastern (Vietnam) and South-Western Asia (Iran). High quality products, the rapid reacting and observance of delivery dates allows to us constantly to extend geography of sales and list of clients.
In the number of the largest Russian consumers are included: Industrial groups of "Fosagro", "Eurochim", "Eurocement". The Ukrainian consumers of power equipment are such companies, as State Enterprise National Nuclear Energy Generating Company "Energoatom", PJSC "Dneprenergo", LTD "Vostokenergo", PJSC "Donbasenergo, etc.
