PJSC "Ukrhimenergo"

PJSC "Ukrhimenergo" is founded in 1969 in Severodonetsk, Ukraine. In 2002 entered into Concern "Souzenergo". PJSC "UCHE" is a major Ukrainian plant which produces power and heat equipment, pipeline valves, heat boilers.

The PJSC "Ukrhimenergo" has the opportunity to supply with the wide range of steam, hot-water boilers and exhaust heat waste boilers for different productions and technological cycles. Advantageous geographical location of the plant, the unfolded network of railway and motor-car highways give the products of PJSC "Ukrhimenergo" accessible for home and foreign consumers.

PJSC "Ukrhimenergo" is certificated on accordance to the international quality management system  DSTU ISO 9001:2009.

Production fully conforms to the requirements of national and foreign standards. Checking of quality system existing at the plant, GOST confirms conforming to of the produced products the requirements, DSTU GOST, OST, TU U, Rules and norms in atomic energetic, RD.

Categories of the produced products :

•     Surfaces of heating of steam-boilers with steam-generating capacity to 420 t pair at o'clock

•     Elements of pipelines of steam and hot water from steels of pearlitic and austenitic class

•     Drums of caldrons and vessels working under constraint to 4,0 МПа

•     Collectors for steam and hot-water caldrons

•     Steam coolers, bearing-out cyclones, internal desuperheater devices, hatches, manholes

•     Pipeline armature (bolts, valves) in execution from carbon and austenitic steel diameter a to 2 000 mm

•     Gas withdrawal of rectangular and round section by a diameter a to 2 m

•     Hot-water industrial boilers, by power from 0,3 to 3 Mwatt, in a complete build

•     Hot-water boilers of series of КВГМ (ПТВМ) are in the volume of basic assembling blocks

•    A non-standard equipment of industrial prescription, heat-exchangers,steam water heaters and coolers

Renders services:

•     Editing and repair of centrifugal compressors

•     Editing and repair of wire steam and gas turbines

•     Reconstruction, modernisation of градирин with the use of ejection technology of cooling

•     Editing, repair of steam and hot-water caldrons and pipelines of steam and hot water

•     Adjusting works on steam-turbines

The department of control of quality conducts:

•   Analysis of chemical composition and mechanical properties of metal

•   Non-destructive control of the weld-fabricated connections

•   Metallographic arc spectroscope

•   An analysis of sedimentations is in caldron pipes

•   Macro-Micro analysis of structure of metal
